The 2014 VietFest Heritage Wall Photo Submission


We are kindly asking volunteers to submit photos for this exhibit. You can submit online via the form below, email to us at info@vietfest.com, or mail a copy to:

If mail or email, please provide your name, phone number, date and location of photo (if known), title, and brief description (optional), and the category you would like to submit the photo (Past, Present, Future)

Photo Requirement: Your image size should be 500 Kb min and 4 Mb max and in .jpg, .png, and .pdf formats.

Prizes: All photos will be automatically entered to a contest where the prize for each category (past, present, future) will be $100. The VietFest committee will select three finalists for each category and they will be voted on by attendees on the first day of VietFest. The winners for each category will be announced on the second day (Sunday, August 17th, 2014)

Copyright and Reproduction:

The copyright of all submitted work, including full control of use, must be at the disposal of the entrant. All contributing images must be the work of or owned by entrant and clip art and other imagery derived from a commercial source is unacceptable, even if free of copyright. Photos that violate or infringe upon another person’s rights, including but not limited to copyright, are not eligible. VietFest accepts no liability for any breach of copyright by an entrant. The copyright of all entries remains with the authors. VietFest reserve the right to reproduce, without payment, any accepted images for publicity and promotion purposes.

The photograph must not, in the sole discretion of the 2014 VietFest Heritage Wall Committee, contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content.
