BKE and The Embassy Row Hotel Washington DC – A Destination Hotel are joining forces for “Art in to Dusk”, an event that highlights local artists, including art exhibitions and live and visual creative installations. Relax on The Rooftop and enjoy a cocktail while watching the sun fall beneath D.C.’s horizon. This summer series occurs every Thursday, beginning May 19th through September 30th , from 6:30 pm – 10:00 pm. FREE entry with registration. Full artists lineup coming soon! Love Jones (b. 1989 Baltimore, MD) is an expressionist artist and designer known for his vibrant pop art paintings. He has participated in group exhibitions at galleries, such as Creative Alliance in Baltimore in 2013, and various art shows in Washington, DC. His most recent collection ‘Blissful Insanity’ expresses controversy, love, injustice, and common feelings relative to today’s society. Jones has now integrated his passion for art with fashion. Kamila Kokoszynska – Fine Art – She paints mainly in acrylics, but sometimes she applies other techniques such as oil, watercolor, tempera and dry pastel. Her style is a combination of expressive realism, abstract and impressionism. Her travel to Greece, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Switzerland, Austria among visiting other countries affected her works and became a significant source for her inspiration.
