Please join us for the 10th Annual Roll Call of Nations Wreath Laying Ceremony as we gather to honor the memory of more than 100 million victims of communist regimes, to celebrate liberty where it has triumphed, and to further our pursuit of a world free from communism.
We are honoring:
H.E. Mart Laar, former Prime Minister of Estonia
with our Truman-Reagan Medal of Freedom. The medal will be accepted on his behalf by Ambassador Eerik Marmei, the Estonian Ambassador to the United States.
and featuring keynote remarks by:
H.E. Vytautas Landsbergis, former Chariman of the Supreme Council of Lithuanaia & Member of the European Parliament
The ceremony will include the Roll Call of Nations during which embassies and organizations will lay a wreath at the base of the Memorial honoring formerly and current captive nations and peoples. More than twenty embassies and thirty ethnic and human rights organizations will participate in the ceremony.
