Fiesta DC celebrate its’ 46th year in 2017, it is an annual celebration of Latino culture that features a Parade of Nations that displays and preserves the Native Latino cultural dance troupes, as well as contemporary local groups from civic organizations, schools, and performers; and a Festival with four (4) music stages featuring award winning and aspiring artist from the region and international Latino Music scene.
This year, it is with great honor to host the Parade and Festival in special recognition of Panama, as the featured country. Under the “Marca Pais” activities, you have an unique opportunity to have enriching opportunity to experience all that Panama has to offer: art, dance, music, food, tourism, crafts, literature and much more…
The Parade will take place on Saturday, September 16th along Constitution Ave NW between 7th and 14th ST NW. The Festival will take place on Sunday 17th along Pennsylvania Ave NW between 3rd and 7th ST NW.
