On May 12, Unique Markets will host their annual Spring Pop-up in Washington DC.
WASHINGTON (PRWEB) MAY 02, 2019
Unique Markets is a modern marketplace that helps designers, artists and emerging brands sell their products while encouraging people to shop local and support their community. Held on Mother’s Day, this is the perfect opportunity for shoppers to support local artists and brands while finding unique gifts for moms and grandmothers. The unique shopping experience will feature 70 independent designers and emerging brands and include a carefully curated selection of small businesses selling home decor, clothing, jewelry, art, ceramics, apothecary, kids items, and lots more. Shoppers get to discover and meet the people who design and make the goods directly.
Founder of Unique Markets Sonja Rasula says, “Our giant pop-up markets create the opportunity for people to purchase products directly from the people who make them, strengthening small business and the local economy. Plus we make it a fun and inspiring shopping experience that allows shoppers to take part in creativity too! Our Mother’s Day markets are special because you see families together, off their phones, enjoying a great day and taking part in community.”
This year, aside from shopping, guests will get to enjoy a free unique tote bag, free drinks from Califia Farms, interactive photo walls, DIY art projects, and more.
Established in 2008, Unique Markets has worked with and featured over 10,000 small business owners in America, and shoppers have spent over $25 million at our markets – all going directly back into our local American economy.
